i am pregnant and i dont want it
We are very sorry to hear of your distress at being pregnant. Negative feelings are common but every study shows the feelings become more positive as the pregnancy progresses. Whether you decide to give the baby up for adoption, or decide to raise it, know that your feelings today are not what you will feel months, or even weeks from now, much less years from now. Many many women regret having abortions. Few ever regret having their children.
I’m sure this is a very difficult situation … have you contacted any groups that might be able to help? Option Line is a national organization offering free and confidential information, resources and support for women who are pregnant in difficult situations. You can find them at http://www.optionline.org/questions/ or call 1-800-395-4397 (someone is available to talk 24/7). They should be able to put you in touch with someone in your area who can help you work through this.
